LBRA- NRA Shooting Sports Camp- Shotgun
Qualification Match held at co-host Seitzland Range
June 21, 2003
NRA sponsored camp/course held in 2 sessions- May 3, 2003 at Izaak Walton League, Harford County and June 21 at Seitzland. This successful course included BSA Shotgun Merit Badge Qualification, NRA Qualification, Project HomeSafe and NRA Eddie Eagle GunSafe Program. BSA Merit Badge Qualification was attained by Mark Andrews & Sean Squier BSAT777. Congratulations to these two achievers as well as the successful participants of this annual LBRA-IWLA-Seitzland event. BSA Troop 801, St. Mark's Church, Fallston, MD
Court of Honor was held on June 5, 2003. LBRA was awarded a plaque of appreciation for the presentation of our NRA Shooting Sports Camp & BSA Rifle Merit Badge Course. This course was held on March 15, 2003 and hosted 54 students. BSA T801 attended this course with 28 students! All of the course students passed the NRA qualification and all were awarded the BSA Rifle Shooting Merit Badge.
Our own Junior Division member, Daniel Faughn, earned and was awarded the Rifle and the Shotgun Merit Badges. The plaque was accepted by Gene Hicks- Chief Instructor, Gary Hicks- President & Jim Faughn- Membership Chairman. We were honored!

NRA Bullseye Pistol Match held at the Seitzland Rifle Club Range in New Freedom PA on Saturday April 19, 2003.
This match was shot using any safe 22-Caliber, 38 special, 9-MM or .45ACP semi-automatic or revolver pistol. Everyone enjoyed a great shoot!

NRA Qualification Shotgun Match
LBRA MATCH: Saturday January 18, 2003 LBRA Shotgun Match held at the Seitzland Rifle Club range located in New Freedom, PA.
Conditions were Cold-VERY, at 3 degrees F! A great time was had by all. Match Placement Seniors: Gary Hicks,Gene Hicks,Jim Faughn,Walt McCamish,Frank Kuhn,Richard Garvine.

JUNIOR MEMBER ACHIEVEMENTS
Congratulations to Aynsley Grove and the Class of 2003! The Graduation ceremony was held at Towson University, Towson Center on May 29, 2003. Pictured is Aynsley's family- (sister) Devon, (mother) Debora, Aynsley, and (father) David.
Aynsley served on the Varsity Cheerleading Team of Bel Air High School.
This team placed third in the Spring Cheerleading Competition of Harford County High Schools.
Aynsley performs as the base member of the stunts. Her most memorable moment was the successful completion of the pyramid. This stunt is the most challenging of the competition.
